Trans-Dniester new 1-ruble commemorative note (B227) reportedly introduced 15.02.2019

According to a press release, on 15 February 2019, the Trans-Dniester Republican Bank introduced a 1-ruble banknotes commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan. 1,500 pieces were issued into circulation.
