Suriname new 50-dollar numismatic product (BNP501) confirmed

These legal tender notes commemorate the 55th anniversary of the Central Bank van Suriname. 50,000 pieces were packaged in a folder and originally sold at a premium of five times face value.

Brown and green. Front: Coat of arms; LOOK serial number; Central Bank van Suriname headquarters building at the Waterkant in Paramaribo; bougainvillea flower; bank logo SPOT patch. Back: Names and terms of service of bank’s presidents; man at lecturn addressing seated crowd of men in business suits; bank’s mission statement.
