Kuwait to withdraw fifth issue notes as of 01.10.2015

According to a Central Bank of Kuwait press release dated 19 April 2015, all fifth issue (CBK B23-B28) notes introduced beginning in 1994 will lose their legal tender status on 1 October 2015, after which time they may still be exchanged by the CBK for a period of ten years.
