Iceland contemplating 10,000-króna banknote

According to an IceNews article dated 8 June 2011, Mar Gudmundsson, governor of Sedlabanki Islands (Central Bank of Iceland), believes the country needs a 10,000-króna (US$88) banknote following decades of inflation. Currently the 5,000-króna note (B816) is the largest denomination.
