Maldives new sig/date (10.03.2018) 10-rufiyaa note (B216b) confirmed introduced 03.09.2018

According to a press release, on 3 September 2018 the Maldives Monetary Authority introduced new 10-rufiyaa notes like the preceding issues, but with new signature (Ahmed Naseer) and new date (10 MARCH 2018).
