Sudan reportedly to introduce 100-, 200-, and 500-pound notes in mid-January 2019

According to an AA article dated 2 January 2019, the Central Bank of Sudan plans to introduce in mid-January 100-, 200-, and 500-pound notes for the first time to ease a liquidity crisis exacerbated by inflation which reached a record of 68.93 percent in December 2018.
