Papua New Guinea new 10-kina Pacific Games commemorative note confirmed

According to a press release, these 10-kina notes were issued to commemorate the XV Pacific Games with a special overprint of the XV Pacific Games logo in yellow, red, green, black and blue in color located above the Parliament House. They are physically smaller (135 x 70 mm) than the preceding issues, but otherwise the designs remain unchanged except for the addition of an Optical Variable Image (OVI) at upper right front that exhibits three transitional colors when the notes are tilted.
